When Caesar met Cooper®, magic happened! This pizza flips the script with crisp romaine, tangy dressing, and a peppery punch of Cooper Sharp Black pepper cheese, all on a warm, golden flatbread. It’s fresh, bold, and just a little rebellious, because who says salad can’t crash the pizza party? One bite and you’ll be saying, “Hail Caesar… and Cooper too!”

Ingredients

1 large flatbread

1 cup thin hand-torn Cooper® Sharp Black Pepper

½ cup Caesar dressing

2 cups chopped romaine lettuce

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

¼ cup shaved Parmesan

Croutons for topping

Olive oil for brushing
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Brush flatbread lightly with olive oil and sprinkle half of the Cooper® Sharp Black Pepper cheese on top.
Bake flatbread for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are crisp.
In a bowl, mix romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and Caesar dressing.
Place salad on top of the warm cheesy flatbread and sprinkle remaining Cooper® Sharp Black Pepper, add croutons, and parmesan.
Slice and serve immediately for a fresh, crunchy bite.
