The Cooper® Cheeseburger Pizza is a bold mash-up that brings the best of both worlds: juicy beef, tangy pickles, and the unmistakable sharp bite of Cooper® cheese. Ingredients

Your favorite pizza dough

½ lb ground beef

¼ cup ketchup
-
2 tbsp yellow mustard

5 slices Cooper® Sharp Yellow cheese (or white)

½ cup sliced dill pickles
-
½ cup dice red onion
-
½ cup diced tomatoes
-
Salt and pepper to taste

Sesame seeds for garnish
Directions
Preheat oven to 475°F (or follow dough instructions).
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, season with salt and pepper, drain grease.
Prepare sauce
In a small bowl, mix ketchup and mustard and spread evenly over the pizza dough.
Assemble pizza
Layer half of the Cooper® Sharp Yellow cheese over the sauce.
Add cooked beef, sliced pickles, and diced red onion and tomatoes.
Top with remaining Cooper® Sharp Yellow cheese.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is crispy and the cheese is bubbly.
Finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds on the crust for a burger-like touch.
Serve hot!
