Then comes the balsamic drizzle – sweet, tangy, and just dramatic enough to make the whole pie feel dressed up. It’s bold without being bossy, and honestly, it doesn’t need to shout.

Ingredients

1 large pizza crust

5 slices of Cooper White, hand torn

½ cup white alfredo sauce

1 cup cooked chicken breast, chopped

¾ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 tbsp olive oil

Balsamic glaze drizzle
-
Fresh basil garnish

Salt
-
Pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F
Place the flatbread on a baking sheet or parchment and lightly brush the surface with olive oil.
Spread a thin, even layer of alfredo sauce over the crust and top generously with Cooper® Sharp White.
Top with cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, and season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 10-14 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze and basil.
Cut and serve warm.
