Ingredients
- 1-pound cavatappi pasta, prepared according to package directions
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup flour
- 2 cans (12 ounces each) evaporated milk
- ¾ cup light beer

4-5 cups shredded Cooper® Black Pepper Cheese (1 to 1-1/2 pounds)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

3 cups BBQ pulled pork*

1-1/2 cups french fried onions

additional BBQ Sauce, if desired

fresh minced parsley
Directions
- In a saucepan, melt butter. Add the flour, and whisk until smooth. Slowly add the evaporated milk and beer. Bring to a boil; cook and whisk for 2 minutes.
Add the Cooper® cheese, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Cook and stir until smooth.
- Add BBQ pulled pork; top with French Fried Onions
- Drizzle with additional BBQ sauce and sprinkle with parsley.
