Ingredients

1-1/2 pounds chopped ribeye steak*

2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 medium onion, sliced

spring mix
- 8 slices Cooper® Sharp White American cheese
-
1 pound ground beef*
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
-
salt and pepper to taste
-
4 seeded hamburger buns
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1-1/2 teaspoons sliced chives
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

black pepper to taste
Horseradish Aioli
Directions
- In a bowl, combine the ground beef and onion soup mix; mix until combined, form into 4 patties.
- Grill or fry until desired doneness.
- Meanwhile, in a skillet, cook and stir the onions and slowly brown over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Add the chopped ribeye to the pan.. Sauté over high heat 6-7 minutes or until cooked. Toss with soy sauce. Stir in cooked onions. Remove from heat and distribute the Cooper® cheese over beef and stir until Cooper® cheese is melted.
- In a bowl, combine the horseradish aioli ingredients. Spread aioli on the underside of the bun tops, set aside.
- Place spring mix on bottom buns. Top each with a burger, a large dollop of Cooper® Sharp cheesesteak mixture, and cover with the prepared bun tops.
