Ingredients
- 1-pound Gemelli or Fusilli pasta

1 pound deli roast beef, chopped*
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup flour
- 3 cups half and half
-
4 cups of shredded Cooper® White Cheese, divided

salt to taste
- 2 green onions, sliced

seeded roll crostini
Directions
In a skillet, cook and stir the beef, peppers and onion until beef is no longer pink and vegetables are tender, drain. Season with Montreal Steak Seasoning.
In a saucepan, melt butter; add the flour whisk until smooth. Slowly add half and half; bring it to a boil. Add 3 cups of the Cooper® cheese. Cook and stir until smooth, season with salt.
In a large bowl, combine the pasta, and Cooper® cheese sauce; stir to combine. Transfer to a greased 13-inch x 9-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with remaining Cooper® cheese. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes or until breadcrumbs are golden brown. Sprinkle with green onion and serve with crostini.
