Ingredients

1 pound ground beef*
- 4 teaspoons Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 2 cups Cooper® Sharp Yellow American Cheese, shredded (or hand torn slices) and divided

8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled*

8 cups of romaine lettuce
- 1 avocado, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup diced red onion
- 1 cup sliced pickles

1 cup seasoned shoestring fries
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon grated red onion
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Dressing
Directions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef, drain. Add the seasoning; mix well. Add 1 cup shredded Cooper Sharp cheese to the meat and combine until melty.
- In a bowl, combine the dressing ingredients; mix well.
- Assemble salads, by dividing the lettuce into 4 bowls and evenly distributing the avocado, tomatoes, red onion, cooked bacon crumbles, pickles and remaining cheese within each bowl.
- Serve with dressing and seasoned fries.
