Ingredients
-
16oz refrigerated biscuits
-
½ cup thinly sliced cooked steak
-
½ cup sautéed bell peppers & onions
-
4 slices Cooper® Sharp White
-
¼ cup melted butter
-
2.5 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
-
Italian seasoning
-
Cooper® Sharp Cheese Sauce or marinara for dipping
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
On a cutting board, stack the 4 slices of Cooper® Sharp White. Cut into small cubes to form 8 stacks of cheese. Freeze the 8 stacks for approximately 15 minutes.
Pop open the biscuit can and divide into 8 biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a 1/8-inch thick circle.
In the center of each circle, layer steak slices, a few pieces of bell pepper & onion, and one stack of semi-frozen Cooper® Sharp White.
Pull up the edges of each circle to form a ball and seal completely. Roll in your hands to ensure the dough is sealed, then place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Brush each ball with melted butter, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
