Ingredients

Your favorite pizza dough

1 tablespoon olive oil

½ pound thinly sliced ribeye steak (or shaved beef)

½ cup sautéed mushrooms

½ cup sliced green peppers

½ cup caramelized onions

1 cup hand-torn Cooper® Sharp White slices

Garlic powder, black pepper, salt to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 475 °F (or follow dough instructions).
Prepare the toppings.
Cook ribeye slices in a skillet with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until browned.
Caramelize onions in a separate pan until golden brown.
Sauté mushrooms and green peppers until tender.
Assemble pizza.
Roll out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
Brush with olive oil.
Evenly layer caramelized onions, mushrooms, green peppers, and cooked steak.
Top generously with Cooper® Sharp White (slices or shredded).
Bake for 10-12 minutes (or according to dough instructions) until crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot!
