Ingredients

Your favorite pizza dough

½ pound sliced deli ham

½ pound sliced Genoa salami

1 cup hand-torn Cooper® Sharp White slices

½ cup roasted red peppers
-
Italian seasoning
-
1 egg, beaten
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F
Prepare the dough: Roll out pizza dough into a large rectangle.
Layer fillings
Sprinkle Cooper® Sharp White cheese evenly over the dough.
Add ham, salami, and roasted red peppers.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning.
Roll and seal: Roll the dough tightly into a log, tucking in the ends. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
Using a knife, create slits in the center, along the top-length side of the stromboli to help with air flow during cooking.
Brush with egg wash for a golden crust.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
Cool slightly, slice, and serve warm with marinara or Cooper® Cheese sauce for dipping.
