Ingredients

Your favorite pizza dough

1 cup spicy garlic cream sauce

5 slices Cooper® Sharp White
-
½ cup sliced dill pickles (or more for an extra pickley pizza)

¼ cup sliced red onion
-
Crushed red pepper flakes
-
½ cup mayonnaise
-
½ cup sour cream
-
2 tbsp hot sauce
-
2 cloves minced garlic
-
1 tsp lemon juice
-
Salt to taste
Spicy Garlic Sauce
Directions
Make spicy garlic sauce
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, hot sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt.
Adjust to taste.
Refrigerate during oven preheat and dough prep.
Preheat oven to 475°F (or follow dough instructions).
Roll out pizza dough and place on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Spread spicy garlic sauce evenly across the dough.
Sprinkle Cooper® Sharp White cheese over the sauce and add sliced pickles, red onions, and red pepper flakes.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
Slice and serve hot!
