Ingredients

Your favorite pizza dough

½ pound thinly sliced ribeye steak (or shaved beef)

1 tablespoon olive oil

½ cup sautéed onions

1 cup hand-torn Cooper® Sharp White slices

1 egg, beaten

Garlic powder, black pepper, and salt to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 450°F
Prepare the fillings.
Cook ribeye slices in olive oil with garlic powder, salt, and pepper until browned.
Sauté onions until golden.
Assemble calzone
Roll out pizza dough into a large oval.
Layer Cooper® Sharp White cheese, cooked steak, and sautéed onions on one half of the dough.
Fold over to form a half-moon shape and seal edges tightly.
Brush with beaten egg for a golden crust.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
Serve hot!
